If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may send it back.

General guidelines

  • All items must be returned within 30 days after the purchase date listed on your invoice. Items postmarked 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • La Glamour Style may make exceptions for items purchased as gifts. To be considered for a refund or exchange after the 30-day mark, the customer must request a gift receipt during the purchasing process.
  • La Glamour Style will only accept returns that are in a re-saleable condition. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition, without any signs of wear or damage.
  • If you have purchased shoes: To prevent scuffs or scratches and increase the likelihood of return or exchange, we recommend trying your shoes purchase on a carpeted area, for a very limited time.
  • La Glamour Style cannot accept partial or broken jewelry sets, handbags or fashion accessories. The only exception is if the customer received the product in a defective condition (see below).
  • All returns must contain:
    1. the original packaging;
    2. any undamaged boxes/protective boxes within the packaging;
    3. any accessories or extra materials that may have been included in the original shipment;
    4. the original product(s)/pieces, in unused condition and with original tags still attached;
    5. the original invoice/gift receipt; and
    6. the return label.
  • Special packaging requirements apply to returns of shoes purchased through La Glamour Style. Please see below for more details.
  • La Glamour Style reserves the right to deny reimbursement or exchange for returned merchandise that does not meet our returns policy.
  • Merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.  It is a final sale.

How to make a return or exchange with La Glamour Style

La Glamour Style makes returning products easy! Simply follow these steps.

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at 1-866-372-1802 or info@laglamourstyle.com to let us know if you need to make a return and/or exchange.
  2. We will then email you a Return Merchandise Approval Form to fill out.
  3. Fill out and submit the Return Merchandise Approval Form back to La Glamour Style. Upon approval, La Glamour Style will send you a returning tracking number and mailing label.
  4. Print your return mailing label. Make a note of the return tracking number (displayed on the Return Merchandise Approval Form) for your personal records.
  5. Pack your purchase back into its original box, along with any accessories and packaging materials that came with it.
    • Important note for shoe purchases: Please do not use your shoebox as your return shipping box; return your item with the same outer packaging that the shoes arrived in. Without proper packaging, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accept your return.
  6. Provide a copy of your original La Glamour Style invoice/gift receipt within your return package (we recommend you keep a copy for your personal files).
  7. Securely fix return mailing label to the outside of your mailing box. If you use the original box that La Glamour Style sent your package in, simply place the return mailing label over the original shipping label.
    • Important note for shoe purchases: Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox will be considered worn and cannot be refunded. Only apply your shipping label to the outside protective box, not the shoebox.
  8. For your personal records, we recommend you request a receipt when you drop off the package for shipping.
  9. Provided the item is in its original unworn state and sent back intact:
    • Your will be refunded the amount of the returned item(s), and notified via email once La Glamour Style has credited the original payment method; or
    • La Glamour Style will exchange your product. Please note: if the customer chooses a different product than the one they exchanged, they are individually responsible for shipping fees.  A restocking fee of $10 will be applied.

Gift returns and exchanges

If you receive a La Glamour Style item as a gift and wish to return or exchange it, please contact 1-866-372-1802 or info@laglamourstyle.com.

We will then send you a Return Merchandise Approval Form to fill out and submit. See “How to make a return or exchange” above for more information.

Please note: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all items must be returned within 30 days after the purchase date listed on your invoice. However, La Glamour Style may make an exception for items purchased as gifts, provided a gift receipt was requested at the time of purchase.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive defective merchandise:

Please contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of the purchase date listed on your invoice at 1-866-372-1802 or info@laglamourstyle.com. We will provide instructions for returning the defective merchandise back to La Glamour Style. You will need to make note of all defects on the invoice prior to the return.

Returns of unworn defective merchandise are eligible for a refund. If the product shows signs of wear, we will issue a store credit.

If you receive incorrect merchandise that you did not order:

Please notify our Customer Service team immediately at 1-866-372-1802 or info@laglamourstyle.com. La Glamour Style will send you the correct product immediately.

Processing times for refunds and exchanges

Once your return package arrives at the La Glamour Style Returns Department, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return guidelines.

Providing your package meets our guidelines:

  • Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once you have been credited (please note: your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction once they have received the information from La Glamour Style); or

La Glamour Style will mail out an exchanged product within 10 business days of receipt of your return.
